Registration is available online through our website. Navigate to the registration section and select your participant category - Delegate, Sponsor, or Exhibitor. Complete the registration form, attach your payment receipt, and submit. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been verified by the forum secretariat.

Registration fees vary by participant category. Delegates pay TZS 340,000. Sponsors have tiered packages starting from TZS 10,000,000 (Marble) to TZS 50,000,000 (Gold). Exhibitors pay TZS 3,500,000 per standard booth. Government officials and invited speakers may be eligible for complimentary registration. Contact us for more details.

The forum is held at Malaika Beach Resort, located along the shores of Lake Victoria in Mwanza, Tanzania. The venue is easily accessible from Mwanza Airport (approximately 15 km) and is surrounded by key attractions and accommodation facilities within the city. See the map above for directions.
